Over the past year, we’ve been running Work for tomorrow, an international innovation competition supported by IRC4HR, to identify the most promising solutions responding to an ageing workforce.

Join us for our live pitching sessions where our shortlist, including innovators from Australia to Brazil, the US, UK, Ireland and the Philippines, will pitch their solutions before our international judging panel.

From supporting mental health in the workplace, promoting new learning and skills at all stages of life, to supporting diversity, our shortlist have come up with some promising ideas of how we need to rethink the future of work.
