Longer life spans, AI and robotics will fundamentally reshape the way we work and live in the future.

ILC held a webinar, supported by the ILC Partners Programme, where we heard from Prof Andrew Scott how COVID-19 has accelerated these trends around technology and an ageing society, and what some of the main challenges and opportunities will be for an ageing workforce.

Alongside the webinar, we launched a new international programme of work in collaboration with IRC4HR, to support these changing working lives and identify solutions to the challenges faced by older workers.
