On the afternoon of 26 September, we hosted an informal discussion with Paul Ong, Technical Officer at World Health Organisation (WHO).
Paul is based in Japan and works as part of the WHO Kobe Center where he focusses on Innovations for Human Capital Development and End-of-Life issues.
Paul Ong MSc, PhD is a Technical Officer with the World Health Organization (WHO) Centre for Health Development in Kobe, Japan. Paul coordinates research into Innovations for Human Capital Development and End-of-Life issues, as part of a body of work to address the challenges brought about by population ageing. He was previously the Global Health Policy and programmes Adviser for HelpAge International in London, the specialist global NGO working on ageing and older people’s issues. Paul has an Epidemiology and Health Services Research background.
