A short film by the International Longevity Centre UK

This film, one of five from the ILC Retail Impact Project, showcases the work of the Retail Trust supporting retired retailers throughout and beyond their working lives.

This suite of five short films helps retailers recognize that as the population ages, opening up job opportunities to workers of all ages will be vital. Supporting employees throughout and beyond their working lives reduces turnover costs, ensures customers receive great service and makes business sense.

The ILC Retail Impact Project is supported by the University of Stirling and UK Research and UK Innovation, as part of the Government’s Healthy Ageing Challenge.
