This film, one of five from the ILC Retail Impact Project, showcases actions Marylebone Cricket Club has taken to ensure a warm welcome for all. As the population ages, getting diversity, equity and inclusion right leads to better customer experience.

This suite of five short films helps retailers recognise that considering and responding to customers’ different needs throughout their lives creates inclusive and welcoming venues and makes business sense.

The ILC Retail Impact Project is supported by the University of Stirling and UK Research and UK Innovation, as part of the Government’s Healthy Ageing Challenge.
