Work for tomorrow is an international innovation competition, led by ILC and supported by the Innovation Resource Center for HR (IRC4HR), seeking to identify and reward the most promising innovations responding to an ageing workforce.

Applications are open to innovators, start-ups, academics, businesses and charities across the world until 1 September 2021.
