ILC-UK and Drink Wise, Age Well would like to invite you to the launch of the report Calling Time – Addressing ageism and age discrimination in alcohol research, policy and practice.
This year’s theme is Calling Time – Addressing ageism and age discrimination in alcohol research, policy and practice. The report by ILC-UK, the University of Bedfordshire and Addaction explores whether alcohol policy and practice is adequately responding to the growing issue of alcohol use in later life, or if there is a culture of ageism and age discrimination in relation to alcohol prevention and treatment.
At the event we will have a panel of experts to discuss the report findings and recommendations
